We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the creditors you have asked us to help you with, however, we do not disclose any information to creditors, financial institutions, mortgage banks, credit bureaus, savings and loans, or finance companies not in your repayment plan unless we receive your consent to do so.
3. In cases of subpoenas and/or court orders for disclosure of client information, Credit Advocates personnel will refer to senior management for consultation with legal counsel. - How do we protect information?
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide assistance to you.
